Disney XD's Decline Issue There are many channels that air mostly action shows and cartoons made by Disney. One of the channels, Disney XD is a good example of a channel of that description. Disney XD used to be called “Toon Disney” but when the action-oriented series from the nightly programming block, “Jetix” and live action series began airing on the channel, that’s when “Toon Disney” came into the rebrand that remains alive today.
